Your registration and payment are confirmation that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. 


The organisers of Sistas Women’s Conference reserve the right to change any of the published conference details without notice, and have the final say on any matter relating to conference. 


We appreciate that circumstances can change, therefore, we can offer the following alternatives to assist you. All group priced registrations are non-refundable. Cancellations for single registrations, received in writing before 16 September 2020, will receive a refund, less an administration fee per registration of $15NZD. No refunds will be made to cancellations received after 17 September 2020. Registrations may not, without prior written consent of the Sistas Conference Team, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites). If a registration is sold or used in breach of this condition, the registration may be cancelled, and the current holder of this registration may be refused entry into the conference. If there may be need for special consideration of your circumstances in regard to this policy, please contact our conference team to discuss further. Your registration and payment confirm that you have accepted this policy. 


In providing personal information you acknowledge that: 

  1. The information is being collected for the purpose of being able to contact you.
